Digital Products

I offer various digital products including workbooks, guides, planners, and other downloadable resources. These products are delivered as instant downloads upon successful payment.

Online Courses and Programmes

I offer both self-paced and live online courses and programmes. Self-paced courses provide immediate access to materials upon purchase. Live courses and programmes have scheduled start dates and may include live sessions, group coaching, or interactive elements.

Coaching Services

I offer one-to-one coaching services delivered via Google Meet (video sessions) and email. Coaching packages are customised to individual needs and are paid in full upfront before services begin.

Group Coaching

I offer group coaching programmes with scheduled sessions and community elements. These programmes have specific start and end dates.

Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

  • Digital products: Payment is due immediately at the point of purchase
  • Online courses: Payment is due immediately at the point of purchase
  • Coaching services: Payment is due in full upfront before the first session
  • Payment plans: Individual payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis by contacting me directly at hello@peonycreative.media before purchase

Payment Methods

I accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout through my secure payment processor.

Late Payment

For services with agreed payment plans, late payments will incur a late fee. I reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received in full.

Pricing Changes

I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed or coaching packages already purchased.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Copyright and Ownership

All content, materials, courses, digital products, and coaching resources provided by Sara Thomson are protected by copyright and remain my intellectual property.

Personal Use Only

All digital products and course materials are licensed for your personal use only. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any materials
  • Copy or reproduce materials for others
  • Post materials on public forums, websites, or social media
  • Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

Course Access

Course materials are restricted to enrolled students only. Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Coaching Services Terms

Scheduling and Attendance

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement
  • Sessions are delivered via Google Meet or email as agreed in your package
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology for video sessions

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Rescheduling requests should be sent to hello@peonycreative.media
  • Sessions will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without at least 48 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited
  • No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations

Cancellations by Me

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

Mid-Contract Cancellations

Coaching packages cannot be cancelled mid-contract. Once coaching begins, you are committed to the full package term.

In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement, or other genuine emergencies), I may agree to pause your package for up to 4 weeks, but no refunds will be provided.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. I am committed to supporting your creative and business goals, but results depend on your engagement, effort, and implementation of strategies discussed.

Online Courses and Programmes Terms

Access and Delivery

  • Self-paced courses: Access is granted immediately upon purchase and typically remains available for the duration specified in the course description
  • Live courses/programmes: Access begins on the published start date and includes any scheduled live sessions, recordings, and materials

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate technology, internet connection, and software to access course materials.

Participation

For live courses and group programmes, you are expected to participate respectfully and professionally. I reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately, without refund.

Course Content Changes

I reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. Enrolled students will receive updates where applicable.

Refund Policy

I strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, I understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your needs. This refund policy balances fairness with the nature of digital products and services.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

No refunds are provided for digital products once they have been downloaded, as digital goods cannot be “returned.”

Exception: If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on my end, and I am unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be provided.

Self-Paced Online Courses

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • Less than 15% of course content has been accessed
  • Request sent to hello@peonycreative.media

No refunds will be provided:

  • After 14 days from purchase date
  • If more than 15% of course content has been accessed
  • For change of mind after substantial engagement with materials

Live Courses and Group Programmes

  • 7-day refund window from the date of purchase IF the course or programme has not yet started
  • Once the first live session has occurred or the programme start date has passed, no refunds will be provided
  • Missed sessions or inability to attend scheduled sessions does not qualify for a refund
  • In exceptional circumstances, I may offer credit toward a future programme at my discretion

Coaching Services

  • Full refund if I cancel services before the first session
  • Pro-rata refund if I am unable to continue providing services (you will be refunded for any sessions not yet delivered)
  • No client-initiated refunds once coaching has begun, as coaching packages represent a committed partnership
  • Unused sessions cannot be refunded if you choose to discontinue coaching mid-package

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@peonycreative.media with your order details and reason for the refund request
  2. I will review your request within 5 business days
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after consuming content or completing a course
  • Technical issues on your end (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.)
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions resulting in termination of access
