Sometimes you sit down to write — or paint, or plan, or begin — and find yourself met with self-doubt, perfectionism, or that heavy sense of not knowing where to start. Sometimes you’ve been stuck so long you’ve started to wonder whether the creative part of you has gone for good.

It hasn’t. It just needs a different kind of help.

What is creativity coaching?

Creativity coaching is one of the foundations behind everything you’ll find here.

At its core, it’s about helping you move through blocks, reconnect with your ideas, and build genuine trust in your own creative process. Even if formal coaching isn’t what you’re looking for, the principles behind it shape every tool and resource in this space.

My approach

Everything I create is grounded in real creative experience; not theory alone.

I’m a qualified creativity coach, NLP and life coach practitioner, published author, and someone who has lived through creative highs, long creative dips, and the particular frustration of knowing what you want to make but not being able to get there.
I believe creativity needs support, not pressure. Space, not shame. And more often than not, the smallest step is the one that starts everything moving again.
